While Batman: Arkham Knight's base game is already chock-full of action for fans of the series, the developers have remained hard at work attempting to inject longevity into the adventure title with add-ons such as the Batgirl: A Matter of the Family story expansion, in addition to the highly anticipated 1989 Movie Batmobile Pack and the Bat-Family Skin Pack.
Due to the “ultimate Batman simulator's” engrossing story, top-notch graphics, as well as its smooth gameplay mechanics and controls, almost every review for the release has been positive. For instance, Rocksteady Studios' final chapter in their triptych centered around the World's Greatest Detective was the best selling title in June, and went on to remain one of the top selling games in July, right behind LEGO Jurassic World. Despite Batman: Arkham Knight's various PC port problems after launch, the game has gone on to massive success, both financially and critically.
